30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to ask for your money back.

How to return

1. Email us at info@climbingclaus.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed, as parcels sent without a return authorisation can't be matched to an order.
3. Send the item back in its original packaging with everything that came in the box.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we email you and refund the full price of the item to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to post it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay to return it.

Exceptions

Shipping protection, if you added it at checkout, is refundable only when the whole order is refunded before it ships.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible.
