Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States and Canada.

Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: 7–14 days after your order ships.
Tracking: you get a tracking link by email the day your order ships.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 10 to be on track to arrive before Christmas.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipping, email us at info@climbingclaus.shop with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll update it.
